SEC MEN’S BASKETBALL SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

1. SPONSOR
The SEC Men’s Basketball Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Choose Arkansas, a for-profit entity organized under the laws of the State of Arkansas (“Sponsor”).
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the Southeastern Conference, the NCAA, the University of Arkansas, or the Arkansas Razorbacks.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

• Have a valid email address

• Are not employees, officers, directors, agents, or immediate family members of Sponsor or its affiliates

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on 01/08/2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on 03/01/2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.
4. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
A. FREE ENTRY METHOD (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY)
Eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes by completing the official online entry form at www.ChooseArkansas.org/giveaway, including a valid name and email address.
Limit one (1) free entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

B. MEMBER ENTRY WITH QUALIFYING PLEDGE
Any individual who is a current member and has pledged twenty-five dollars ($25) or more to the Arkansas Fund during the Sweepstakes Period will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

• The pledge is not required to enter the Sweepstakes

• The pledge does not increase odds beyond the entry provided

• The pledge supports general organizational purposes and is not a condition of winning

C. BONUS ENTRIES (OPTIONAL)
Eligible participants may obtain additional bonus entries at a rate of:

• One (1) bonus entry for each additional $25 contribution

There is no limit to the number of bonus entries that may be obtained.
Bonus entries are optional and do not affect eligibility for the free entry method.

D. ENTRY CONDITIONS

• All entries (free and paid) will be treated equally in the random drawing

• Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries are prohibited

• Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and entry integrity

5. PRIZE DETAILS
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive:

• 🎟 Tickets to every Arkansas men’s basketball game played during the SEC Men’s Basketball Tournament

• 🏨 Hotel accommodations for three (3) nights

  • Check-in: March 12

  • Check-out: March 14

• ✈️ Up to $500 in travel reimbursement

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Varies.

7. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, including free and bonus entries.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry.
Winner must respond within 48 hours of notification. Failure to respond, provide required documentation, or comply with these Official Rules may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
9. PRIZE CONDITIONS

• Prize is non-transferable

• No substitution or cash equivalent permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion

• Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary

10. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use winner’s name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

• Technical failures or internet disruptions

• Unauthorized human intervention

By participating, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or prize use.
12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failure compromises integrity

• Disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process

All decisions by Sponsor are final and binding.

13. GOVERNING LAW
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. PRIVACY
Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

15. WINNER LIST
To request the winner’s name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within 30 days of Sweepstakes end date.
16. IMPORTANT LEGAL DISCLOSURE REGARDING PAID ENTRIES
Purchasing bonus entries or making a pledge does not guarantee winning and is not required to enter the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is not a lottery because it provides a free method of entry and the winner is selected solely by random drawing.
